Domestic (U.S.) Returns:
If you're returning an item within 14 days of receiving it, we’ve got you covered. Return shipping is on us when you use our Return Center link.

International Returns:
For our international PaliRooters (except Canada), we’re currently unable to cover return shipping costs. You’re welcome to send your return at your own expense, and we recommend using a trackable service to make sure it gets to us safely. Once received and processed, we’ll issue a gift card or a refund back to your original payment method (based on the situation).

For Canada Orders:
Returns are accepted and will be refunded as a gift card. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for Canada, but your gift card can be used anytime you find something else you love.
