International PaliRooters have 14 days from the delivery date to report any concerns with their order. While we’re currently unable to offer exchanges for international shipments, you’re welcome to return your item manually at your own expense except for Canada orders. Just make sure it meets our returns requirements (unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition).

Once your return is received and processed on our end, we’ll issue a gift card refund straight to your inbox so you can explore the shop again and pick out something that speaks to you.
