International PaliRooters have a 14-day window to report any concerns. While we cannot facilitate exchanges for international orders, you have the option to manually return items at your expense. Please ensure you meet our returns requirements and reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance. 

Once your returned item reaches us and undergoes processing, we'll grant you a gift card refund sent via email. With it, you can revisit our collection and find the item that truly speaks to you.
