For eligible returns, we offer two options for your refund:

1. Gift Card Credit: Receive a full refund in the form of a gift card credit, which you can use for future purchases on our website.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method: If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that any shipping costs and a $5 handling fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.

Condition of Returned Items:

• To receive a full refund, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition.

• If the item shows signs of wear or damage, our Return Center Team will assess its condition. Depending on their evaluation, we may issue a partial refund in store credit. If the item is unfit for resale, we may offer a reduced refund or no refund at all.
